How groaml uses cookies and data

groaml sets three cookies, all strictly necessary for the site to function. None are used for advertising, analytics, or tracking across other sites, and none are shared with third parties.

groaml does not run advertising or ad-tracking cookies, does not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics scripts, does not sell or share data with advertisers, and does not participate in any ad-industry opt-out program (there is nothing to opt out of). The only outbound network calls a page makes are to groaml's own servers and, where a firm has explicitly enabled a specific optional feature (such as AI-assisted screening or drafting), to the named third-party API that powers it — never to an ad network.

Beyond cookies, groaml processes the customer due diligence, screening, and transaction data your organisation enters, strictly to provide the AML/CFT compliance functions you use it for: sanctions and PEP screening, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. That data is kept separate per organisation, is retained for the period required by UAE AML law, and is never used for advertising or shared with unrelated third parties.
